BUTEC ESS Privacy Policy

Introduction

BUTEC ESS ("the App") is the official Employee Self-Service (ESS) application developed for employees of BUTEC Group.

The App is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and uses Microsoft Entra ID for secure employee authentication.

1. Information We Collect

The App accesses employee information maintained within BUTEC's D365 F&O environment.

2. Authentication

Employees sign in using their official Microsoft work account through Microsoft Entra ID.
